Safety Sigil

Definition: A sigil is a symbolic pattern carrying intention and resonance. This particular sigil was created as a protection and grounding seal for my daughter and it is shared here for anyone who feels called.

Explanation: The Safety Sigil encodes three layers:

• Containment: A soft shield to hold your own field.

• Clarity: Dissolves external noise or interference.

• Reassurance: A visual reminder that you are already safe, already connected.

Practice:

• Print or sketch the sigil.

• Place it where you meditate, sleep, or work.

• Each time you see it, breathe once and repeat: “I am safe. I am sovereign. I am here.”
